4 connections are a voluntary organisation run mostly by volunteers with some trained youth workers who have also done there first aid training. We are all disclosed and have done our child protection training. We have a committee with youths in it where all decisions are made between us. We want good safe facilities for our children and youths. We work in partnership with community education from east Ayrshire council who also help bring in outside agencies e.g adult literacy, peer education, dancing with leisure development and sports. |

After christmas we will be starting to fundraise for the youths 2008 summer trip. it will be to loch Earnhead . it will be an outdoor activity weekend. the youths will be Archery, mountain biking and Canoeing. we will be hopefully staying in the scout huts. this will be a once in a lifetime experience for the youths from netherthird.  |
